A multifunctional stratified tank

Top-modern and new designed stratified tanks, our VZS/VZS-H tanks play a central role in the heating systems, as they store the gained energy from solar systems, heating pumps and biomass systems. They work like a central server in an EDV system. The Vario.ZON tank receives the energy, stores and distributes it in order to generate heating and domestic hot water.

Heat insulation

A removable soft foam insulation ensures that the gained heating remains in the tank.

Heating transmission

The domestic hot water is generated in continuous flow through a stainless steel corrugated pipe (quality steel 1.4571). The high flow rates guarantee that hot water is always available. With one or two additional smooth pipe heat exchangers for connecting external energy sources like solar energy systems, heat pumps and biomass systems.

Heat storage

Inlet flows chicanes and a thermal stratification pipe assure that domestic hot water is always available. No turbulences, which can dissipate the gained energy, are registered as the energy flows in the tank. A stratified separating plate middle in the tank guarantees that hot water is always available in the upper part.
