Vario.BASE Domestic hot water tank

Application

BS DHW cylinders are combined with central heating boilers (oil, gas or biomass) as adjoining hot water storage tanks. The integrated smooth pipe heat exchanger assures the maximum possible heat transfer and is amply dimensioned.

Heat insulation

A CFC-free polyurethane insulation protects from heat losses. A heat insulation of 50 mm and an additional mantel are supplied for cylinders up to 500 liters. The heat insulation is delivered separately for boilers with 800 liters, in order to make their transportation easier.

Protection against corrosion

A high quality double glass enameling according to DIN 4753 with a magnesium anode assures clean, hygienic water for the consumer and a long-lasting protection against corrosion. An enough dimensioned cleaning opening allows an easy service, which is recommended once a year.

Equipment

All the BS cylinders are equipped with thermometer, inspection opening and height-adjustable feet. As a matter of course our packaging is recyclable. On request we can equip our BS-tanks with an additional heating insert or element. For higher hot water demand it is possible to install an additional heat exchanger.
